Dr. Peters

About Dr. Erica Peters

An Ohio native, Dr. Peters graduated summa cum laude from University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. She earned her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia and completed her residency in internal medicine at University Hospital in Cincinnati, where she also served on faculty for a year following residency. Dr. Peters is board certified in internal medicine and is a member of the American College of Physicians. Prior to joining Piedmont in 2010, where she worked alongside Dr. Mininberg, Dr. Peters was in practice in Alpharetta and Johns Creek.

Her special interests in medicine include preventive care and women's health, and outside medicine include camping, travel, and musical theatre. Dr. Peters is married to Dr. David Seidel; they have three children and a poodle. Dr. Peters is accepting new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
